Refund policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns and refunds are not allowed once a purchase has been completed.

However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at alnader_2026@outlook.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will review your case and either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We will notify you once we have reviewed your claim.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
